We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

Orders are processed during our standard business hours:
Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM (EST), excluding Sundays and public holidays.

⏰ Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same day.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, your order will be shipped and delivered within an estimated 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, severe weather, or high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays).

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No hidden charges—what you see at checkout is what you pay.

🚛 Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped using trusted national carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx, based on availability and your shipping address.

🔁 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery attempt fails:

  • We will contact you to arrange a second delivery at no additional cost.

  • If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track the real-time status of your order using this number.

📝 Important Notes

  • We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays.

  • Please make sure the shipping address is correct at checkout. Munchsites Toy Store is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

  • If your order includes pre-order or backordered items, we will notify you with the expected shipping date.
