Cancel/Change Order Policy

At Hat Wear (cosyhats.com), operated by THERESA LAMBERT, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or modify your order. We aim to process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. To facilitate any changes or cancellations, please review the following guidelines.

1. Cancellation & Modification Window

You must request any cancellations or modifications to your order within 4 hours of the time of purchase. The purchase time is based on the Pacific Time (PT) timestamp of your order confirmation.

We strive to process orders efficiently, and requests received beyond this 4-hour window may not be possible as the order may already be in the fulfillment and shipment process.

2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify your order within the 4-hour window, please contact our customer support team immediately through one of the following methods:

To ensure a swift resolution, please provide your order number and the specific changes you wish to make (e.g., cancel the entire order, change an item’s size/color, or update the shipping address).

3. Requests After the 4-Hour Window

If your request is received after the 4-hour window has passed, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or modified.

If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy once you receive your package if you wish to initiate a return (subject to the terms of our Return Policy).

4. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Hat Wear, operated by THERESA LAMBERT, is not responsible for shipping delays, non-delivery, or other issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.

In cases where an order is returned to us due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for the additional shipping charges required to reship the order to the corrected address. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment in such instances.
