1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team through one of the following methods:

Please provide the following information with your return request:
- Your full name (as it appears on the order)
- Order number
- A detailed description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, damaged, defective)
- Clear photos illustrating the problem (especially for damaged or defective items)
- Your preference: whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
3. Conditions for Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is not a sale item. Only non-sale items are eligible for return.
- The item is in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all original tags still attached.
- The item is accompanied by the sales receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your purchase confirmation email).
4. Customer Responsibility for Order Accuracy
We encourage you to review your order details thoroughly before completing your purchase. Hat Wear is not responsible for customer errors, including but not limited to:
- Spelling or grammatical mistakes in customization requests.
- Issues with the quality or resolution of original images provided by the customer for custom products.
- Mistakes in ordering (e.g., wrong size, color, or product chosen by the customer).
Returns requested due to these types of customer errors may not be eligible for a refund or free replacement, subject to review.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns for Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or is defective, return shipping is free.
- Approved Returns Cost: The cost for return shipping for all other approved returns (meeting eligibility criteria) is $0.00. You will not be charged for shipping an approved return back to us. Details on how the free return shipping will be facilitated will be provided by our support team once your return request is approved.
6. Return Procedure (After Approval)
Once our support team has approved your return request and provided you with the designated return address:
- Prepare Your Package:
- Securely pack the item(s) to be returned.
- Include a printout of your purchase confirmation email inside the package.
- Ship Your Package:
- Send your package to the approved warehouse address provided by our support team.
- Please obtain a tracking number for your return shipment and provide this tracking number to us at contact@cosyhats.com.
- Confirmation and Processing:
- Once we receive your returned package, we will send you an email confirmation.
- We will inspect the returned item(s) and notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your request.
- Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.
- Replacements: If a replacement is approved, the new item will be shipped to you, and we will provide tracking information.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items.
- Items that are not in their original condition (washed, worn, tags removed).
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window.
8. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time. We kindly ask that you choose your product carefully and verify the correct size and color before placing your order.
